Shipping

It takes 2-5 days to process the order. All of our items goes through a thorough quality check before it gets shipped out - therefore international orders usually take 8-16 business days to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 5-6 weeks, please contact us so we can provide further assistance.

If you have paid for Priority Express Shipping then your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Once your item has been crafted and shipped from our fulfillment center you will receive it within 5-8 business days. If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us. 

We currently offer Priority Express Shipping to the following countries:
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France and Germany.

*However due to the current Covid-19 crisis currently affecting the entire world delays may occur with processing and shipping orders as we are required to take the necessary precautions when handling and shipping products :-) Therefore packages may take longer than our usual shipping times.*

Yes, we can ship to any country in the world for FREE.

We are a global company meaning we have fulfillment centers around the world. In some cases we may split your order in multiple packages to send the products as soon as possible. If you are not sure if your order will come in multiple shipments, please contact our customer support.

We are based in Randers, Denmark where we do most of our administrative work and where our return department is located. However since we have customers from around the world all of our orders are handled from our various fulfillment centers around the world. 

We primarily ship out packages from our fulfillment centers in North America, Western Europe and Eastern Asia. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Returns & Refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 14 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

Here at HexoCare™️ we believe in our treatments and our products. Therefore we are confident that our products will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to return - please contact our support team at support@hexocare.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours to assist with the return process.

We strive to make sure that every package that leaves our fulfillment center is 100% up to our standards. However should the unfortunate happen and you have received a package with a broken or defective item then please contact our customer support team at support@hexocare.com

Make sure to inform them of your order number and the issue you are experiencing with your package. We also recommend sending some photos of the issue so our support team can have the case solved faster and have a replacement shipped to you for free!

Payment options

We currently accept the following payment options:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

If your card got declined we usually recommend trying to pay through PayPal.

However if your card still gets declined, and you have sufficient funds in your bank account, then you have to contact your bank as they may be declining the payment.
